McDonalds McGriddle
I am addicted to bacon, egg and cheese McGriddles from McDonalds. They are delicious and I either get that or an Egg McMuffin. I decided to check the nutrition facts on these little treats:
Bacon, Egg & Cheese McGriddles® -- 450 calories
Egg McMuffin® -- 290 calories
I'll be switching to Egg McMuffin from now on.

Not a bad switch, lots of good protein, but watch out for that cholesterol.
Honestly, for all that greatness thats not too bad on the calories.
However, I go Sausage Egg and Cheese Bagel.
So point of purchase calorie posting does work. You wrote this 4 years ago. Did it stick? Actually, add up a bowl of corn flakes, orange juice and a piece of toast with butter, and it will be about the same but not nearly as much fun or satisfying.
