National Sleep Awareness Week


March 28 - April 3 is National Sleep Awareness Week and I thought you might have missed it. There is an official website that is full of information that will help you sleep. The site says that Americans are not getting enough sleep because we are over worked, under sexed, consume too much caffine, and watch too much television. Today is also National Insomnia Day. Horray! Please help those in need this week.

Does distracting insomniacs with your body count as helping? If so, I'm in.

Sure, I was thinking today people should drink alcohol (depressant, or so they say... wink wink, nudge nudge) instead of coffee at work and sleep with a coworker in honor of this important week.

I don't know how people consume so much caffine. If I have a cup of Starbucks coffee I start sweating and shaking.
