Bill Frist said the nuclear option "was a name created by his opponents." That's a lie. They created it, then when it was polling well, they started calling it the Constitutional option.

Was it acceptable to filibuster Abe Fortis, let alone constitutional?

"The judges need to be intimidated. If they don't behave, we're going to go after them in a big way." His lunatic comments seem to be bordering on criminal. President Bush doesn't think so, because he decided to spend a whole day last week hanging out with this loser. But Bush is friends with Ken Lay, so being around a loser/criminal is nothing new to W.
