Okay, so I will post on Michael Jackson.
I really don't know what to think about Jackson. Obviously if he did what he is accused of, I want him in prison. But the case, from the little I have seen, seems unconvincing. That kid and his family seem like a bunch of liars. So I don't know how anyone can really know what happened. But what I am really torn about is what I personally want to happen. A huge part of me wants him to walk. Like Dave Chappelle points out, "he made Thriller." Even as I type this, I am listening to Black or White. Just on the outside chance he makes more music, he has to be free.
Then there is the other side of me. That side feels really guilty for wanting a guy that sleeps with little boys, even after he pays out large settlements for similar accusations. I don't what he did, but there has to have been something messed up going on. So I should hate him. But Man in the Mirror just came on, so I don't know what to think.

One other thing. I seriously haven't laughed harder this year, then when Michael Jackson showed up to court in his pajamas. Just randomly I was watching CNN at the time he showed up in court. I laughed for about 20 minutes straight.
Anyone can feel free to make a prediction. I predict not guilty.
Chuck,
I think you're forgetting an important aspect of the trial. Mr. Jackson is rich and famous. In America being rich and famous entitles the person to do whatever the person wishes. If you want to drug and molest little kids, go ahead. If you want to kill your wife, girlfriend, or random people at a nightclub, hey we're not stopping you. If you want to drive accross state lines with a garbage bag full of weed, by all means do it... as long as you're rich and famous. If you're not gOD help you, because we'll (America/Americans) nail your ass to a cross just as soon as we find out you have bad credit. Lets face it the powerful and wealthly are just better than the rest of us. Let them do as they please.

I think Jackson will be found not guilty. The credibility of the kid's family is so questionable. Also, BJ makes a good point.
That said, (knowing little about trial law) I think that molesting kids and rape are two charges that would be crap shoots when it comes to juries. Also, you can bet on the outcome of the trial here." I'd go not guilty.
I'm saying not guilty. I also foresee a "milk and cookies at Neverland" acquittal party. I don't think there will be good attendance at this one though. I'm pretty sure that after this trial, Michael is forbidden to have play dates with the other kids in the neighborhood.
Guilty. The defense refused to do redirect on key witnesses last week. What was the defense thinking? Maybe he was thinking my client deserves to go to jail and take what he has been dishing out for som many years. I will predict guilty and ten months in jail and then he meets a Jeff Dauhmer's fate. He is so guilty. Yay, there isn't as much evidence as OJ (no DNA). I mean, no case has ever had that much real evidence. But the child has all the symptoms of someone who was molested according to experts (afraid to talk about the case). Asking for money when you are dirt poor and dying is not a crime. I hope he goes to jail for the rest of his short life. Also remember what defense counsel said in the opening statement: "Michael Jackson will tell all of you later..." Never make a promise you can't keep. The jury will remember he never took the stand.
good point on never taking the stand. Either way, I just hope they get it right. When I first heard the accusations, I thought there was no way. I thought Michael was just a freak, wanna-be child. After hearing some of the case, I really don't know
dude ure a fag get a fucking life
