Kay Bitchy Hutchinson
Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson (R-TX) made some shameful statements this weekend, in regards to the current CIA Outing investigation. Unfortunately, people with memories (or google) exist, so we can now just point and laugh at this totally uncredible Republican.Hutchinson this weekend, speaking of the apparent perjury of Karl Rove and other Bush officials.....
"I certainly hope that if there is going to be an indictment that says something happened, that it is an indictment on a crime and not some perjury technicality where they couldn't indict on the crime and so they go to something just to show that their two years of investigation was not a waste of time and taxpayer dollars."
Hutchinson in 1999, when voting to convict President Clinton on perjury.....
“The edifice of American jurisprudence rests on the foundation of the due process of law. The mortar in that foundation is the oath. Those who seek to obstruct justice weaken that foundation, and those who violate the oath would tear the whole structure down.”
Sorry Kay.....you're a bum.

The title of the post seemed a bit misogynistic, but it was just perfect....especially for such a gross hypocrite. Maybe I should copyright that name/phrase
Great post! What a biz-natch!
By the way, what was the original title?
Kay is a bum. I love "waste of time and tax payer dollars." They spent at least $54 million going after Clinton to see if he was fucking interns. We should spend at least the same amount of resources to see if the Bush White House is fucking the country.
bob, This title didn't change. a previous post did.
I still feel funny calling a woman a bitch
(well, not really - for a woman like this - but i could see people pointing fingers at me)
Regarding the leak: All signs in recent news updates is that "Scooter" and others are TURNING ON CHENEY! PLEASE TAKE CHENEY DOWN! SO FRICKING GREAT.
Also: It has been 130 years since a sitting White House official has been indicted. Consider, steve (and others that say this is politics as usual), this is a great example of their unique corruption
I bet they all have perjured themselves, and so did Clinton.
You guys sound exactly like those on the right who were so eager to get Clinton over what really ammounts to nothing.
I have to admit it though. It would be way more fun to watch Cheney squirm, I kinda have developed a softspot for Bill (thanks in huge part to the current president)
perjuring yourself to cover up for higher ups is something that doesn't matter?
Michel, Lord of Montaigne, once wrote on the subject of lying. He said it was an accursed vice. Also, "it is only our words which bind us together and make us human. If we realized the weight and horror of lying, we would see that it is more worthy of the stake than other crimes." See page 80 of John Mortimer's new book, "Where there is a Will."
