McCain Wins Florida
Mainstream media darling and maverick Senator John McCain won Florida's primary last night. I have posted my second favorite McCain skit from Saturday Night Live. I couldn't find the one where McCain played Ashcroft. If I was a conservative, I'd be pretty disappointed. But, I'm a Democrat and I like our chances against McCain because he is going to divide the Republican Party. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the Republican infighting that is about to ensue in the coming week leading up to super Tuesday. Tune in to Rush today at noon to get a sense of how conservatives are reacting.

You forgot to mention Clinton's victory over Obama. Regardless of the delegate issue, Florida is a good litmus test for the overall national trend.
McCain is going to be a major problem. He can and likely will carry all the western states, which Dems are seeking to pick up (consider: dem convention in Colorado).
So where do we pick up states?
Iowa, Missouri, and Ohio seem the only states Dems could pick up. boxes the Dems into a tough corner in november
Florida was a test for nothing - wouldn't you vote for Hillary if she said she was going to make your vote count?

I don't think it was smart on the Dems side to discount Florida, but they did. Hillary didn't play fair there. I don't think the results indicate much.
Super Tuesday is what matters now anyways.
I am in Florida and it was not a litmus test for the nation. Clinton played dirty and Obama did not even make a trip here like they had agreed to months ago.
